I’m Kimberley Bradley. I’ve been in education for 27 + years,  in classrooms, on school leadership teams, and the CAO at the district level.

I saw school leaders working hard every day and still feeling like the job was running them instead of the other way around.  I saw principals spending hours in meetings, leading initiatives, and struggling to find time to support teachers in their classrooms. 

Now, I spend my time with principals and assistant principals who want to lead from a place of intention, and are not just hoping to make it through the day. I sit down with teams, look at what's truly going on, and help build systems that work for their school and their unique needs, so that they can spend their time leading instruction.

 I’m Erica Glenn. I’ve spent more than 30 years in education, first as a Kindergarten teacher, then leading early learning programs in different schools over the years.

I’ve coached teams through tough transitions, helped build calm, consistent classrooms, and supported educators who care deeply but feel stretched thin.

Now, I work with principals and early learning teams to create systems that help things run more smoothly.  We strengthen staff support, build vibrant family partnerships, and help you lead in a way that’s sustainable, so your school can be a place where your staff, your families, and you feel supported and able to grow.
