Kimberley Bradley
I'm Kimberley. I'm a wife, a mom, a grandma, and someone who will find any excuse to get on a plane. I've spent 27 years in education and I still love this work deeply. Outside of schools you'll find me with my grandchildren, which is honestly the best job I've ever had.
Erica Glenn
I'm Erica. Mom, wife, traveler, and the person in the group who is always making something. I have a 14 year old at home and a new cat who has already decided she runs the house. Thirty-one years in schools taught me a lot. So did all of the above.
Our Story
We've been friends since high school. We went to the same colleges together, undergrad and graduate school, then built careers in the same school districts. We've been in each other's corners for a long time.
Between us we have 55+ years of experience in education. We've been teachers, assistant principals, principals, and district leaders. We've built programs, led teams, written reports, and sat in the kinds of meetings where you leave with more questions than answers.
Whether you lead a school or an educational organization that supports students, we know this work is hard and we know what it takes to do it well.
We started Max Results because we know firsthand how challenging this work really is. There are so many moving parts. It is sometimes hard to know where to focus, what to do differently, or what is going to give you the most traction. When you try to do too many things at once you end up not really doing any of them well.
Having someone who can step back and help you see the whole picture is valuable. No judgment. No evaluation. Just partnership and a solid sounding board.
We've learned a lot of hard lessons. We'd rather you didn't have to learn them the same way.
