Kimberley Bradley
I’m Kimberley. I’m a wife, mom, grandma, and the one on the team who will find any excuse to get on a plane. I spent 27 years in education as a teacher, principal, Title I director, and chief academic officer. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren.

Erica Glenn
I’m Erica. I’m a wife, mom, and the one on the team who is always making something. I spent 31 years in education as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, and principal, including leading an early learning center. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband, teenage daughter, and our cat.
Our Story
We have been friends since high school and educators for a combined 58 years. Between us, we have served as teachers, assistant principals, principals, and district leaders.
Those roles taught us that telling a leader what to do is not the same as helping them learn how to do it. Principals develop through real situations, practice, feedback, and reflection.
That is why we created Max Results. We give districts an experienced outside partner when a principal needs more focused development than the district has the time or capacity to provide.
