Kimberley is an accomplished administrator offering over 27 years of experience as a former teacher, School administrator, Federal programs director and Chief Academic Officer. She is passionate about helping to advance the learning outcomes of students who are the most disadvantaged. As an instructional leader, Kimberley led the school she was principal of to a 25% increase in proficiency in one year. As Chief Academic Officer, she supports district leaders as they work to improve their schools and provide advanced learning outcomes for all students. Kimberley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Purdue University and received a Master of Science in School Administration from Indiana University .

Erica Glenn is an education veteran offering over 30 years of experience. She has led Early Learning programs for the past seven years and taught Kindergarten for 11 years where she cultivated her love and understanding of early education. Programs that she has led have been recognized by the University of Indiana Bloomington as a model for inclusion. She has also been recognized as Teacher of the Year. Erica's approach emphasizes a holistic method to prepare students not just for Kindergarten but also for lifelong learning.
