Momentum I | Critical Conversations
A 30-day engagement for defined staff or personnel conversations. We diagnose what is driving the issue, prepare and rehearse the conversation, and reflect on what happened after the principal has it. The principal strengthens their judgment and ability to handle similar situations more independently.
Momentum II | Instructional Leadership
Up to 90 days focused on PLCs, data, walkthroughs, school goals, teacher leadership, and the systems that connect them. We diagnose what is keeping those pieces from working together, coach the principal through application, and follow up to examine what happened and what the evidence shows.
